Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select a readymade hamper or create a custom one, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in, provide shipping details, and complete the payment to confirm your order.

Which courier services do you use?

We use DTDC and India Post as our courier services. The courier service used for your order will be assigned based on your delivery location and the nature of the products.

Do you ship to all locations in India?

Yes, we ship to all locations within India. Shipping charges and delivery times may vary based on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.

What if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If you're unavailable, they will leave a notice. You can contact the courier directly using the tracking number to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from their local office.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only if products are damaged during transit. If you receive damaged items, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange for replacement items to be shipped to you free of charge.

How do I report damaged products?

Include your order number and the images as proof. We will review your case and arrange for replacement items to be shipped free of charge.

Will I be charged for replacement shipping?

No, if products are damaged during transit and you provide proof with images, we will ship the replacement items to you completely free of charge. We take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Can I return items if I don't like them?

Due to the perishable nature of many products in our hampers and to maintain quality standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if you simply don't like the products. However, we stand behind the quality of all our products and ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
