We offer account creation through Email OTP verification or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 Product Availability
We offer both readymade hampers and customized hampers. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
4.2 Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product.
4.3 Custom Hampers
When creating a customized hamper, you select individual products to include. We will make every effort to include your selected products, but in case of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute with similar products of equal or greater value, or contact you for alternatives.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay, including:
- Credit cards and debit cards
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Net banking
- Digital wallets
5.3 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers. Your payment information is handled by our payment gateway partner in accordance with industry standards.
6. Orders & Cancellation
6.1 Order Placement
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices and terms stated. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Fraud prevention
- Violation of these Terms
6.2 Order Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT: Cancellation is not applicable for orders placed on Treasure Trove Hampers. This is because we begin preparing your hamper immediately upon receiving your order to ensure timely delivery and maintain the freshness and quality of all products included in your hamper.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
6.3 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, order details, and estimated delivery timeline. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Key points include:
- Shipping time varies for each hamper and is mentioned on the product details page
- We use DTDC and India Post as our courier services
- Tracking details can be viewed in your customer dashboard under "My Orders"
- We ship to all locations within India
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
8. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds policy is detailed in our Cancellation/Refund Policy. In summary:
- Returns are accepted only if products are damaged during transit
- Proof of damage (images) must be submitted for return requests
- Replacement items will be shipped free of charge upon verification
- Returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction are not accepted due to the perishable nature of products
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Treasure Trove Hampers or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
