1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is not applicable for orders placed on Treasure Trove Hampers. This policy is in place to ensure the highest quality and freshness of all products included in your hamper.
Why Cancellation is Not Available:
- We begin preparing your hamper immediately upon receiving your order to ensure timely delivery
- This allows us to maintain the freshness and quality of all products included in your hamper
- Many products in our hampers are perishable items that require immediate processing
- Custom hampers are personally curated based on your selections
Please Note: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. We strongly recommend reviewing your order details, shipping address, and product selections carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if products are damaged during transit. This policy ensures that you receive your hamper in perfect condition, and we take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping.
Returns Are Accepted For:
- Products damaged during transit (packaging or contents)
- Products that arrive in a condition that makes them unusable
- Missing items from the hamper (if verified)
Returns Are NOT Accepted For:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with product selection
- Products that have been opened or consumed
- Products damaged after delivery (not during transit)
- Orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping address
2.2 Return Process
If you receive damaged products, please follow these steps:
Document the Damage
Take clear, detailed photographs of the damaged products and packaging. Ensure images show the extent of the damage clearly.
Contact Us Immediately
Email us at hello@treasuretrove.com or contact us through your customer dashboard. Include your order number and the damage images.
Verification
Our team will review your case and verify the damage. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Replacement Arrangement
Upon verification, we will arrange for replacement items to be shipped to you free of charge.
2.3 Timeframe for Reporting
Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to address the issue promptly and ensure you receive fresh replacement products.
3. Replacement Policy
Free Replacement Shipping
If products are damaged during transit and you provide proof with images, we will ship replacement items to you completely free of charge. We take full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Replacement Process:
- We will verify the damage based on the images you provide
- Replacement items will be prepared with the same care as your original order
- Replacement items will be shipped using the same courier service
- You will receive tracking information for the replacement shipment
- No additional charges will be applied for replacement shipping
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed in the following circumstances:
Refunds Are Processed For:
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability (if replacement is not possible)
- Orders cancelled by Treasure Trove Hampers due to errors on our part
- Duplicate payments or payment errors
- Cases where replacement is not possible and return is accepted
Refunds Are NOT Processed For:
- Customer-initiated cancellations (as cancellation is not applicable)
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction
- Products consumed or used after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
4.2 Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the process is as follows:
Refund Initiation
Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after approval.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Credit Time
Credit card/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days. UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days. The exact time depends on your bank's processing time.
Notification
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
4.3 Partial Refunds
In cases where only specific items in a hamper are damaged and cannot be replaced, we may process a partial refund for the damaged items only, while replacement items are shipped for the rest.
5. Special Cases & Exceptions
5.1 Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of many products in our hampers, returns for change of mind are not accepted. We ensure all products are fresh and of the highest quality at the time of dispatch.
5.2 Custom Hampers
Custom hampers are personally curated based on your selections. As these are prepared specifically for you, cancellation is not applicable. However, if products are damaged during transit, we will replace them free of charge.
5.3 Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues. Please ensure your address is accurate before placing your order. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping.
